"Thank you very much for the support in getting Mum on the waiting list. It was truly appreciated. It was a lovely experience with the staff at Regents Garden Lake Joondalup. Unfortunately, the shared room for Mum was not ideal, but they found that room for me when I was desperate to get Mum out of the hospital, and I thank them for that. The day I collected Mum from Lake Joondalup was quite emotional. The staff were lovely. They met me at the front door and had already been to see Mum, knowing she was sleeping. Her team was great. The carers came in and said their goodbyes to Mum, some giving her a warm embrace. They helped me get Mum to the car with her belongings. It was a lovely departure.
