I began my journey with Regents Garden in 2005 as the Facility Manager at Regents Garden Booragoon. I progressed to the role of General Manager and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2021. My background as a Registered Nurse with various management roles have always guided my commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. In my role, I oversee all departments, support managers, and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the lives of our residents. I'm always deeply gratified by the trust that people place in us. It serves as a constant reminder of the importance of creating a homely environment, providing first-class care and services, and fostering a warm and caring atmosphere. I approach my responsibilities with a warm heart, recognising that Regents Garden is home for many people, and I'm committed to making it my main focus.
