I began my journey with Regents Garden in 2005 as a Facility Manager. I progressed to the role of General Manager and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2021. My background as a Registered Nurse with various management roles have always guided my commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. I oversee all departments, support managers, and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the lives of our residents. The trust that people place in us serves as a constant reminder of the importance of creating a homely environment, providing first-class care and services, and fostering a warm and caring atmosphere.

Velani Fernandes

BATEMAN FACILITY MANAGER

I'm Velani Fernandes, the Facility Manager at Regents Garden Bateman. With a background of 15 years in nursing, I play a key role in managing the facility’s operations. I've been with Regents Garden since 2013, during which I've had the privilege of working in various roles within this esteemed organisation. I'm deeply passionate about a hands-on approach to providing high-quality, holistic care to our residents. The ability to touch lives and make a positive difference for our residents, their families, and loved ones is my driving force. Leading and guiding my team to deliver their best has always been a fundamental aspect of my role.

LAKE JOONDALUP FACILITY MANAGER

Hello! I'm Vicki and I've been on an incredible journey at Regents Garden since 2015. Starting as a dedicated Care Staff member, I've since transitioned to becoming a Registered Nurse, Manager of Clinical Services, and now proudly serve as Facility Manager. My passion for healthcare, especially in aged care, has been the driving force behind my 10-year journey with the amazing team at Regents Garden. I have the privilege of chairing the clinical multi-disciplinary team, where we collaborate to provide the best care possible. The sense of community and shared purpose at Regents Garden is truly special, and I'm grateful to be a part of it every day.

BOORAGOON FACILITY MANAGER

My name is Jeab (Jay) Adams and I'm the Facility Manager at Regents Garden Booragoon. I've been employed with Regents Garden since 2008 where I started as a Registered Nurse and progressed to the position of Manager Clinical Services before assuming my current position as Facility Manager. My responsibilities include overseeing the facility's financial and operational running, ensuring quality care, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. My passion for aged care is a driving force in my career and I take great pride in leading the team to deliver compassionate care to the elderly. I believe in building strong relationships with the team, the residents, and their families.

AUBIN GROVE FACILITY MANAGER

Since 2011, I have been dedicated to improving the lives of elderly individuals through my work in aged care. My passion lies in fostering a warm, supportive, and joyful atmosphere where residents can truly thrive. Ensuring a high standard of care and promoting innovative and continuous improvements are my top priorities. My goal is to ensure that residents and their families have a positive and enriching experience during their time with us. Since 2022, I have been proud to be a part of Regents Garden, where I have found a warm and supportive team that treats each other like family. The management consistently encourages and promotes opportunities for professional development, making my time here both fortunate and deeply fulfilling. At Regents Garden, I feel loved, valued, and supported everyday.

SCARBOROUGH FACILITY MANAGER

I have had the pleasure of being part of the Regents Garden family since 2018, beginning my journey as a Registered Nurse at Regents Garden Scarborough and growing into various roles, including Quality Coordinator and other management positions. Each step of this journey has deepened my commitment to providing exceptional care and fostering a warm, welcoming environment. As Facility Manager, my focus is on ensuring that every resident feels safe, valued, and truly at home. I believe in the power of meaningful connections, open communication, and a supportive approach that promotes joy and comfort. VICKI MOSS

MANAGER OF RETIREMENT VILLAGES

As the Manager of Retirement Villages, I'm dedicated to upholding the values of Regents Garden with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Since joining the Regents Garden family in 2011, I've transitioned from Office Manager to overseeing both Lake Joondalup and Aubin Grove Retirement Villages. My responsibilities encompass financial management, budgeting, sales, and settlements, as well as the overall operational running of both villages. I believe in a hands-on approach that fosters a positive and caring environment for all residents and their families. My role is extremely rewarding, and I take great pride in contributing to a community where residents enjoy a lifestyle of their choice, make new friends, and maintain meaningful connections with family and friends in our exceptional facilities.
