I began my career at Regents Garden Scarborough in 2023. Since then, I’ve honed my skills in responding to and resolving a diverse range of residents' inquiries while effectively meeting their needs. I’ve also established strong relationships with residents, staff, their representatives, and their families. My time spent with the residents has deepened my understanding of working with the elderly. Working at Regents Garden Scarborough provides me with a profound sense of achievement and fulfilment, knowing that I’m making a meaningful difference.

My journey at Regents Garden began in 2018 when I started as a Care Staff, where I found great satisfaction in assisting residents in various ways. This role helped me realise my purpose in life: giving back to the community while working. Within less than a year, I joined the Occupational Team, where I brought joy to the residents through various activities. Being naturally compassionate, caring, and loving, I later joined the Residents Concierge Team, where I now advocate on behalf of residents, families, and their representatives. I love my daily interactions with the residents and the difference I can make in their lives.

I have a diverse role that oversees all areas of hospitality, as well as supporting residents’ social wellbeing and providing emotional support. The role also involves welcoming new residents and families to the facility, and providing assistance with questions, concerns or queries. I’ve been working for Regents Garden for since 2012. Regents Garden gives me the balance I need between work and my personal life. I find my colleagues to be very supportive and they create a happy, enjoyable, and positive workplace. I also appreciate how Regents Garden allows me to grow and make a difference.

I started my Journey as a Registered Nurse at Regents Garden Lake Joondalup in 2020 and moved to Regents Garden Scarborough in 2022. My role is to oversee all clinical care, staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff in our facility, as well as working closely with the Facility Manager, Assistant Manager of Clinical Services, and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all aged care standards and Regents Garden Quality Care policies and procedures. Being a part of this organisation is a blessing and a privilege, not only because of the positive effects we have on people's lives but also due to our supportive team environment.

As an Aged Care chef, I started my journey in 1998. I have a diverse culinary experience in fine dining, luxury cruise ships, hotels, and more. I bring a wealth of skills and flavours to enhance the dining experience for residents. With a deep understanding of seniors' dietary needs and preferences, I craft delicious and nutritious meals that promote physical health and emotional well-being. Rooted in French cuisine but skilled in various Western and Asian culinary traditions, I’m committed to infusing each dish with care and expertise to create delightful dining experiences. My focus on compassion, creativity, and quality ensures that mealtime becomes a highlight of each day at Regents Garden.
