High Level Nursing Care

Our aged care facilities provide care for people in Perth who require regular assistance with showering, dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, medications and nursing care. We provide registered nursing staff around the clock for our residents’ health care needs. This aged care facility set-up prevents them from spending time in a hospital setting, away from their friends and family. We specialise in palliative care and will work together with the resident, family and external services (if required) to provide relief from symptoms, pain, physical and mental stress – while offering support to the family through this very important time in their lives.

Low Level Nursing Care

Regents Garden also provides care to people who require minimum help with showering, dressing, meals, laundry, room cleaning and some level of nursing care. At Regents Garden, we understand the importance of stability and familiarity in aged care. That’s why, in most cases, residents who require a higher level of support can remain in their current room, with all their evolving needs personally tailored by our dedicated care team. This approach helps prevent unnecessary relocation within the facility, allowing residents to stay close to the friends, staff, and surroundings they’ve grown attached to over time. The exception to this is if a resident requires a more specialised dementia care environment, where tailored support and safety features are essential to their wellbeing.

Our secure residences provide peace of mind for families and a sense of safety and familiarity for residents. Residential Respite Care

Caring for someone full-time in the home can be physically and emotionally demanding. Residential respite care gives the opportunity for the person being cared for to take a short stay at Regents Garden. All Regents Garden facilities, except Bateman, offer a respite program, where we can provide a range of care and services depending on your needs. In order to take advantage of our respite program, you will need to first meet with an Aged Care Assessment Team who will determine the level of your respite care entitlement.
